Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MeAutoReply (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"We", "us", "our" means MeAutoReply. "You" or "your" means the individual or entity using the Service. "Connected Account" means any social media account you link to the Service. "Content" means comments, replies, posts, and other material processed through the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to verify your email address before first use, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. The Service
MeAutoReply connects your Connected Accounts and uses artificial intelligence to read comments and to generate and publish replies and posts on your behalf, either fully automatically or after your approval. Features vary by subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are solely responsible for the Content published from your Connected Accounts through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish spam, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing content;
- violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or API policies of any social media platform;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or interfere with its operation;
- use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
You acknowledge that AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate, and that you are responsible for configuring guardrails and, where appropriate, reviewing replies before they are published. We strongly recommend using approval mode where accuracy is critical.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms (including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google) and their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, permissions, or policies, which may limit or disable features without notice. Access to a Connected Account may require review and approval by the relevant platform.
6. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. AI credits and add-ons are billed as described at checkout. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting your current subscription. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit your account until payment is made.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Affiliate commissions are subject to a holding period and may be voided if the referred customer cancels or is refunded within that period, as described in the affiliate terms.
8. Affiliate programme
If you participate in our affiliate programme, you agree to promote the Service honestly and lawfully, not to make false claims, and not to use spam or misleading advertising. Commissions are earned once per referred customer, are subject to a holding period, and are paid to your connected payout account. We may change commission rates or terminate the programme at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your Content and grant us the licence necessary to process and publish it on your behalf.
10. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend the Service where necessary to protect it or comply with the law.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or reputation, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any platform's terms.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
